Sales Assistant or Account Manager - Full-time
Location: 5020 Salzburg
For our location in Salzburg we are looking for a sales assistant or customer service representative with focus on transport and logistics with immediate effect.
YOUR TASKS IN OUR TEAM:
We look forward to your active participation in the further development of our company. Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following areas:
- Support and cooperation with our sales team
- Acceptance of transport orders by telephone, e-mail or in person
- Order entry and processing of transports/consignments from parcels and pallets to partial and full loads
- Self-responsibility over the calculation and the punctual order processing
- Direct contact for customers, suppliers and our drivers
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Appropriate education and preferably practical experience
- Commitment and initiative
- Commercial understanding and good self-organisation (HAK graduates are welcome)
- High degree of resilience and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team
- German and English

Freight forwarding clerk - full-time

For our location in Salzburg we are looking for a forwarding agent with focus on land transport / air freight with immediate effect.
YOUR TASKS IN OUR TEAM:
Your active participation in the further development of our company, specifically
the following areas of responsibility:
- Land transport and direct journeys
- Air freight experience an advantage !
- Handling of transports/shipments from parcels, via pallets to LTL, FTL
- Self-responsibility over the calculation and the punctual order processing
- Direct contact for customers and suppliers
- Customer acquisition (by arrangement)

YOUR TASKS IN OUR TEAM:

- Collection and delivery of parcels and pallets on a case-by-case basis
- Assistance with incoming or outgoing transports (loading)
- Packaging activities
- Direct contact for customers on site
